Nutrition Coaching is here to help you and your family make wise food choices. I believe that food is medicine, and that eating well and eating right is the key to good health. As an NASM trained coach, I am here to help you learn about ultra-processed food, get more nutrients in your diet, and read food labels to better understand what you are eating and drinking.

Meal Prep

Meal Prep is a great way to ensure that you are eating healthy and balanced meals every day. I work with you in learning to use fresh and local produce to make sure that you are getting the most out of your meals. You'll carefully balance the macronutrients in each meal to make sure that you are receiving the right amount of energy density for your unique physical needs that will ensure your health and fitness goals are met.

Nutrition Workshops

At a Nutrition Workshop, you'll learn the latest information on healthy eating based on recent studies in nutrition. You will learn how to eat to prevent chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and heart disease, as well as how to keep the body metabolically whole. I also provide guidance on how to work with your own food traditions to create a balanced diet.
