Level 1: Aerial Yoga Inversion Playshop
No experience necessary. Gets you off the ground using the support of a soft hammock to transform traditional yoga into a wide range of acrobatic experiences. We use the flow of the mind/body philosophy of traditional yoga. You will stretch, strengthen, and invert during your class. For your convenience, Playshops are held on weekends.

Vouchers may also be used for our Tuesday night Aerial Yoga Basics Class or monthly Aerial Deep Stretch Class. You get 2 classes for a single voucher and 4 classes for a double voucher. You may share your credits with a friend or use all credits yourself. Here are the dates:

Late Cancellation = less than 24 hours before start time of your class: Your account will be charged

Reschedule A Class
If you cancelled your class LESS THAN 24 hours before start time of that class, you must pay to reschedule it--reschedule fee is $8.
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Remember: you are holding the space that someone else wanted.
ZenZen Yoga Arts - Cardio, Core, Resistance
Basic Bungee Beginner's Workshop
Low impact, high-intensity cardio. A waist harness is locked in place just before you're attached to the resistance cords, allowing you to move with unimaginable freedom in a full range of directions for a workout you'll feel the next day. Balance and stability--all coming from your core muscles--are key. We practice squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees, dives, and leaps. Our classes are limited to 6 people. You must be 16 or older to participate. Parent or guardian executed waiver is required for minors.
Please check with your doctor before attending this class to assure you are healthy enough for this activity. Harness set-up will accommodate up to 250 lb. bodyweight. Bring water. No food up to 2 hours before class time, as this could be uncomfortable for the body's digestive process. Wear long pants.
