Howard University Alumna, Winner in Project Pitch It 2018, certified in Bungee Dance, Aerial Yoga , Yoga Tune Up®; Registered Yoga Teacher, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and a Member of the Worldwide Federation of Female Professionals.
In 2010, Thérèse made a decision to release the ideas that for a long time felt confining and restrictive, binding her to a career that was never hers. She chose to follow another pathway leading toward something deeper and spiritual. Her yoga training was the pathway that would bring her to launching an aerial yoga and aerial arts studio in Milwaukee--vowing to share her enthusiasm for movement arts with a community of curiosity-seekers and dedicated practitioners who also wanted something more, something different. when it comes to exercise.
"My purpose is to connect with and inspire people to use this practice to explore a deeper part of themselves--their natural gifts."
What guides her are the principles of forgiveness, being honest with yourself, love for God, and authentic expression of your innate gifts. She believes the power of movement stirs your natural creative juices and has a way of sparking personal growth.

Women who can exercise vigorously are at significantly lower risk of dying from heart disease, cancer and other causes. The research is presented at EuroEcho 2019, a scientific congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
"Good exercise capacity predicted lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other causes,” said Dr. Peteiro.
“Exercise as much as you can. Fitness protects against death from any cause."

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"I hosted my 30th Birthday Party with my friends here. Therese did such a good job making sure I felt special, but also that my friends were having a good time. She caught complementary photos as well which was a great touch! As for the aerial yoga itself, WOO WEE! She got us to twist up like caterpillars and then come out as butterflies! Really moving experience to be present and aware in our own bodies, just as they are. Especially loved that I got to share my experience with 8 of my greatest friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
"Therese is an incredible instructor & truly wants her students to succeed!!! Such a fun form of movement & exercise in a safe, inclusive, & welcoming environment."
"I love this place! The classes are incredibly fun and challenging! The instructor is a consummate professional who keeps you safe while encouraging playfulness. Definitely try the bungee class! It was more fun than I could have ever imagined."
"Our teacher Therese was great. She created a safe, fun environment for everyone. Lots of fun."
"Took the Bungee workout class and it was so fun! The instructor was awesome and made it very easy to learn the moves. She was able to easily adjust the class to different ability levels. I will definitely be back to take more classes."
